We collect only what the service needs — account details, the content you ask BELA to work on, and operational logs.
Your data is used to deliver and improve the service you asked for. It is never sold, and never used to train shared models without consent.
You can access, export and delete your data. When you leave, your data leaves with you.
What we collect
Account information you provide (name, work email, company) so we can create and secure your account.
Business descriptions, code and documents you submit so BELA can understand, engineer and document them for you.
Operational and audit logs (who did what, and when) so we can keep the service secure, reliable and accountable.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward to meet legal and security obligations. You can request deletion at any time and we will honour it, subject to those obligations.
